When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Your name and email are used to issue your certificate of ownership and send it to you (and to a gift recipient if you provide one). We do not use your information for marketing.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email delivery. Both operate under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your data with any other parties.
Data retention
Your ownership record is stored permanently in our registry — that is the product. Your email address is retained only to support your ownership record.
Entertainment purposes
Youniverse is a novelty gifting platform. Ownership registered here is symbolic and for entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute a legally recognized property deed or transfer of physical rights.
